On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Ammanamane family came together to celebrate health, harmony, and inner peace through the ancient practice of yoga.

Early in the morning, our children gathered in the open ground, guided by experienced yoga instructors who introduced them to various asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The children actively participated, showing great enthusiasm and curiosity.

The session was not just about physical exercise, but also about cultivating mindfulness, discipline, and inner balance — values that are at the heart of holistic growth. Many children shared how calm and refreshed they felt after the practice.

We concluded the session with a peaceful group meditation and a healthy breakfast to energize the rest of the day.

Yoga has now become a part of our regular routine at Ammanamane, helping our children grow stronger — both in body and mind.
